DELIVERY TIME:
- After the order has been placed, our Customer Sales Representative will call for confirmation, after which the order will be processed.
- All orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on the next working day (Monday).

- The estimated delivery time after dispatch is 2–3 working days for major cities across Pakistan. For remote areas, delivery may take longer.
- You are requested to remain available on the provided contact number to ensure timely delivery.
DELIVERY CHARGES:
- We offer free delivery on all orders above Rs. 2,499 within Pakistan.
- For orders below Rs. 2,499, a standard delivery fee will be applied at checkout.
TRACK YOUR ORDER:
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp message with your tracking number.
- You can track your order on the respective courier company’s website, as mentioned in your tracking message or email.

- TeksGear is not liable for delays in delivery or collection caused by third-party courier companies.

ORDER MODIFICATION:
You may revise, cancel, or reschedule your order by contacting our Customer Service team at +92 300-8205884 (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, PKT, Monday to Saturday) or emailing us at teksgear@gmail.com before the order is shipped. If the order has not been dispatched, we will assist you accordingly.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- For cancellation of prepaid orders, please contact us within 24 hours of order placement.
- For cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please notify our team during the call confirmation.
- Once the order is marked as “in process,” refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank and payment processor used on the order.
